You are only 13 and already baking! Great job Meenakshi! You can use zip lock bags instead of pastry bags and paper cones but you still need to use decorating tips to get the beautiful designs. Otherwise you can buy tube of frosting which already has tips on it.

One more thing is Please tell me the difference between baking soda and baking powder.I have baking powder with me.How much do i need to use? So if you have a honey cake recipe with eggs let me know, I will let you know the egg substitute and the amount of leavening agents to be used.

Hi Archana, I don't know if this honey cake is available only in Bangalore because I have never tasted it and don't even remember having seen it in the Bangolore Iyengar bakery shops in Chennai. I did Google for "Indian honey cake recipe" and it came with a lot of recipe links. I'm not sure which one to choose. So try the search engine and choose a recipe you would like to try and let me know. I will be able to help you from there.

Thanks Soujanya. Are you talking about cake recipes in general or the recipes from here don't turn out good for you? Please let me know and I'll be able to help you better if I know that. Regarding Wilton products in India, I'm clueless. Google for "cake decorating supplies in India" and you should be able to find something.
