Thanks Mamta. Sorry I haven't tried one so far. Do you want to use quinoa flour or cooked quinoa?

I have one egg and my brownie recipe calls for two. So my question is....Can you substitute cool whip in place of the second egg?

Cool whip won't work. You can use 1/4 cup yogurt instead.

Walnut is optional. You can use yogurt as an egg substitute like in this Fudge Brownies Using Yogurt As Egg Substitute recipe if you don't want to use flax seed.

I have not baked in a microwave or pressure cooker, so I wouldn't know how it will turn out. I think you have to search it in Google.

Surely then I could just take any recipe if I am just using egg substitutes - I want a recipe that I can make using the ingredients in my cupboard but not using eggs...

You can Kerryn, but you have to choose the right egg substitute depending upon the recipe.

I've made cakes in the microwave before with fairly decent results. They work best in round pans. If you have something that you can stick in the center of the pan so it is similar to a bundt pan, that is ideal (Tupperware sells a set of microwave cookware that can be used for this purpose, but it can be pricy). When you cook things in the microwave instead of the oven, they take about 25% of the time, so a cake that says bake for 32 minutes in the oven, start checking at 8 minutes, maybe even 7.

Some people use the microwave oven to bake cakes but I don't have any good experience in it.

Yes you need a nice dutch oven pot. Heat on stove right under medium for a few addyour mix cook slowly on med or lower to be safe.be patient.dont forget to oil it.try not to keep checking on it

When I want a no fail fudge chewy box brownie I use egg and oil amounts listed on the box and REPLACE THE WATER WITH THE SAME AMOUNT OF SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK. mix batter no more than 60 strokes (otherwise it will be more cake like) and bake as usual.
